Hasselback Chicken
Ingredients

| 4 | Chicken breasts |
| 100 g | Spinach leaves |
| 100 g | Ricotta |
| 80 g | Grated cheddar or parmesan |
| to taste | Salt, pepper, paprika |
Preparation

Prepare filling Briefly cook the spinach and ricotta in a pan.

Prepare chicken Cut the chicken breasts crosswise at about 1 cm intervals, without cutting all the way through.

Fill Spoon the spinach mixture into the slits. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Bake Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
