Preparation

  1. Prepare filling Briefly cook the spinach and ricotta in a pan.

  2. Prepare chicken Cut the chicken breasts crosswise at about 1 cm intervals, without cutting all the way through.

  3. Fill Spoon the spinach mixture into the slits. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  4. Bake Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 25 minutes.
