Preparation

  1. Cook vegetables Sauté the finely chopped onions, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until soft.

  2. Simmer sauce Add tomatoes, spices, and a little honey. Simmer for 10 ‍–‍ 15 minutes.

  3. Cook eggs Make small wells, add the eggs, and cover until just set.

  4. Finish Top with feta and herbs, then serve with bread.
