Preparation

  1. Melt butter & chocolate Melt the butter and chocolate in the oven; stir until smooth.

  2. Beat eggs Whisk the eggs separately until light and airy.

  3. Combine Fold the hazelnuts into the eggs, then mix in the butter-chocolate blend.

  4. Bake Pour into a prepared tin and bake at 180 °C (fan) for 45 ‍–‍ 60 minutes.
