Scout Cake
Ingredients

| 250 g | Sugar |
| 150 g | Butter |
| 120 g | Cooking chocolate |
| 250 g | Hazelnuts (ground) |
Preparation

Melt butter & chocolate Melt the butter and chocolate in the oven; stir until smooth.

Beat eggs Whisk the eggs separately until light and airy.

Combine Fold the hazelnuts into the eggs, then mix in the butter-chocolate blend.

Bake Pour into a prepared tin and bake at 180 °C (fan) for 45 – 60 minutes.
