Chestnut Cream
Ingredients

| 500 g | Frozen chestnuts purée (cooked/peeled) |
| 1.5 tbsp | Honey (or 50 g sugar) |
| 2 dl | Heavy cream, whipped |
| 100 g | Mascarpone (or 2 dl heavy cream) |
| 5 tbsp | Orange juice |
| 1 | Lemon or lime zest |
| 0.5 tsp | Cinnamon |
Preparation

Prep chestnuts Thaw the chestnuts purée.

Mix the base Stir chestnuts purée with orange juice, honey (or sugar), zest, and cinnamon until creamy. Mix in mascarpone.

Finish Gently fold in whipped cream.

Serve Spoon into glasses and garnish with a little cinnamon/zest if you like.
