Chestnut Cream

Ingredients

500 gFrozen chestnuts purée (cooked/peeled)
1.5 tbspHoney (or 50 g sugar)
2 dlHeavy cream, whipped
100 gMascarpone (or 2 dl heavy cream)
5 tbspOrange juice
1Lemon or lime zest
0.5 tspCinnamon

Preparation

  1. Prep chestnuts Thaw the chestnuts purée.

  2. Mix the base Stir chestnuts purée with orange juice, honey (or sugar), zest, and cinnamon until creamy. Mix in mascarpone.

  3. Finish Gently fold in whipped cream.

  4. Serve Spoon into glasses and garnish with a little cinnamon/zest if you like.
