Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients

500 gPasta (e.g., penne, fusilli)
1 punnet (~ 400 g)Cherry / date tomatoes
4 ‍–‍ 5 clovesGarlic
1 block (~ 200 g)Feta
2 ‍–‍ 3 tbspOlive oil
1 tspDried oregano
to tasteSalt & pepper
1 handfulFresh basil

Preparation

  1. Assemble Preheat oven to 180 °C. Add tomatoes and unpeeled garlic to a baking dish; place feta in the center.

  2. Season Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  3. Bake Bake for about 30 minutes until tomatoes are soft.

  4. Cook pasta & mix Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Mash and mix everything in the dish, then toss with pasta (use a little pasta water to make it creamy).

  5. Finish Add fresh basil and serve.
