Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients
| Amount | Ingredient |

| 500 g | Pasta (e.g., penne, fusilli) |
| 1 punnet (~ 400 g) | Cherry / date tomatoes |
| 4 – 5 cloves | Garlic |
| 1 block (~ 200 g) | Feta |
| 2 – 3 tbsp | Olive oil |
| 1 tsp | Dried oregano |
| to taste | Salt & pepper |
| 1 handful | Fresh basil |
Preparation

Assemble Preheat oven to 180 °C. Add tomatoes and unpeeled garlic to a baking dish; place feta in the center.

Season Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Bake Bake for about 30 minutes until tomatoes are soft.

Cook pasta & mix Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Mash and mix everything in the dish, then toss with pasta (use a little pasta water to make it creamy).

Finish Add fresh basil and serve.
