American Choco Cookie

| 220 g | Butter |
| 200 g | White sugar |
| 220 g | Light brown sugar |
| 2 tsp | Vanilla extract |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 360 g | All-purpose flour |
| 1 tsp | Baking soda |
| ½ tsp | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 350 g | Chocolate chips |
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients Prepare dry mixture. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside.

Mix wet ingredients Beat the butter with both sugars until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until light and fluffy.

Combine mixtures Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.

Shape and bake Form dough into balls and place on the tray with spacing. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 °C (fan) for about 8 – 10 minutes.
